• Free rooms is limited to one booking per person. AirAsiaGo reserves the right to cancel any booking that exceeds the allowable booking quota without any prior notice.

• Free room are limited and may not be available on all destinations, public holidays, school breaks and weekends.

• Free rooms are subjected to administrative charges.

• No refund, cancellation, changes of paid confirmed bookings for free rooms will be entertained.

• Free rooms are based on first come first serve.
